摘要 一种电磁式白板线网绕制方法,其中线网是在电磁式白板板面下用电磁线按一定规律绕制成的一个平面直角坐标系,其特征是采用一线多匝方案,横坐标和纵坐标都只有21根线。绕线的顺序按规定的顺序,保证任意相邻三匝线的线号组合是唯一的,同一线号相邻两匝线的最小间隔为9个线间距,每匝线的回线与去线均间隔3个线间距(除起始2匝和终止2匝为1个和2个线间距)。该方法大大简化了绕制、焊接工艺,缩小了控制板。

morerows="1">21</entry></row></tbody></tgroup></table></tables>绕制的顺序从右下角的21开始,从右向左,由下往上,依次是21、20、19······3、2、1,然后是9、17、19······12、20、1,如此21匝线一循环,直到需要的线位,最多7个循环,有147个线位;线间距采用1.5cm,横向或纵向的最大尺寸可做到220cm,足够100吋及以下的白板用;横坐标线号由右向左排列,纵坐标线号由下向上排列;顺向绕制时,我们把横坐标由下向上的线和纵坐标由右向左的线称为去线,而把由上往下的线和由左往右的线称为回线;一去一回为一匝;去线的线号中,除起始线位有3根去线21、20、19而没有回线,终止线位没有去线而有3根回线外,其它所有的线位都有一根去线和一根回线;每匝线的回线与去线间均间隔3个线间距,除起始2匝线21、20分别为1个和2个线间距,终止2匝线分别1个和2个线间距;具体绕线时,从一个方向的第21号线开始,一个线号的多匝线一次依次连续完成,然后逆向绕另一线号的线,线号不必依次,反方向依次连续完成,如此往返,直至21个线号的线都绕制完成,一个方向的线就绕制完成;再绕垂直方向的线;两个方向的各21根线都绕完了,电磁式白板线网也就绕制完成了;各线的起始端作为各线信号的输出端,各线的尾端作为接地端。
