摘要 Disclosed are a disturbance observer-based speed controller for a parallel wind turbine generator and an operating method thereof. An objective of the present invention is to provide a disturbance observer-based speed controller for a parallel wind turbine generator and an operating method thereof which additionally include a disturbance observer to use a rotational speed and a current control command value of an upper and a lower generator to control a rotational speed of a roll axis and a rotational speed of a yaw axis by the disturbance observer. According to the present invention, the disturbance observer-based speed controller comprises: an electrical system to output application torque of an upper generator and application torque of a lower generator based on inputted current control command values of the upper generator and the lower generator; a mechanical system to output a rotational speed of the upper generator and a rotational speed of the lower generator based on the inputted application torque of the upper generator and the lower generator; and a disturbance observer to output output values of the upper and the lower generator based on the inputted rotational speeds and current control command values of the upper and the lower generator in a previous period. The current control command values of the upper and the lower generator are generated by difference values between the output values of speed controllers of the upper and the lower generator and the output values of disturbance observers of the upper and the lower generator.
