The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of Hibiscus syriacus tea and the Hibiscus syriacus tea prepared thereby. The present invention aims to provide a manufacturing method, in which Hibiscus syriacus tea can be prepared with ease through processes such as roasting and rolling and without extracting liquid from Hibiscus syriacus, thereby preserving the taste and aroma of Hibiscus syriacus. The present invention also aims to provide the Hibiscus syriacus tea prepared by the manufacturing method. To achieve the aforementioned, the present invention provides a manufacturing method of Hibiscus syriacus tea comprising the following steps: collecting Hibiscus syriacus; drying the collected Hibiscus syriacus in the sun; rolling and roasting the dried Hibiscus syriacus; drying and roasting the rolled and roasted Hibiscus syriacus; aromatizing the dried and roasted Hibiscus syriacus; and aging the aromatized Hibiscus syriacus in loess. |
