The present invention provides a guide apparatus for a blind person, which collects and analyzes information about a walking route of a user through an information processing unit to inform the information to the user through a voice so that the user is capable of perceiving surrounding conditions in detail to prevent safety accident from occurring when the blind person walks and provide convenience for the walking through a simple configuration. The guide apparatus for the blind person includes: a main body (20) having a box shape and including a fixing unit (22) for fixing the body of a user to a rear surface thereof; an information processing unit (30) installed in the main body (20) to collect and analyze a walking route of the user; an input/output unit (40) installed in the main body (20) to input a destination set of the user and receive the information about the walking route of the user collected and analyzed by the information processing unit (30) and thereby to transfer the information to the user though the voice; and a power source unit (50) including an on/off switch (52) installed in the main body (20) to supply or block power and a battery (54) installed in the main body (20) to supply the power to the information processing unit (30) and the input/output unit (40). |
