The screwdriver 100 includes a motor (13, Figure 4) having a shaft, a handle housing 11 for accommodating the motor and an output shaft (15, Figure 3) at least partly protruding from the housing. A transmission device (14, Figure 3) enables the motor shaft to drive the output shaft to rotate around a first axis, M. An exploring antenna (31, Figure 6) is for detecting whether an object is electrically charged. The antenna has a front end portion extending beyond the handle housing. An operating switch (17, Figure 2) is coupled e.g. rotatably to the housing for controlling the motor. The output shaft has an inserting groove, a ratio of the maximum size of the handle housing to the maximum size of the inserting groove in a radial direction of the output shaft being greater than or equal to 3.9 and less than or equal to 8. A portion of an operating portion of the switch having a maximum distance between two points in a circumferential direction of the first axis has a radian of at least 60 degrees. |
