A cable restraining device may be attached, via an adhesive pad 3, to the body of a mobile device such as a cell phone. The device is located on the body of the phone adjacent to an earpiece or phono socket, see figure 4. The device has a C shaped upper body 1 with an open channel wherein a cable as used with a set of earphones, see figure 3, may be located. The body 2 is flexible. If the phone is dropped the cable is restrained in the device, the objective being that phono plug does not disengage from the socket and the device is either prevented from hitting the floor or the rate of falling is reduced. |
