PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which, when simultaneously displaying a plurality of individual images, is capable of reducing a processing load for executing the display.SOLUTION: Image data are stored in a memory module 74 in association with the plurality of types of individual images. A VDP 76 reads the image data on the basis of a drawing instruction from a display CPU 72 and creates drawing data in a frame buffer 82 using the read image data. In this case, effect data are stored in association with a plurality of types of effect images. When the respective effect data associated with the effect images are drawn in a frame where the plurality of effect images are simultaneously displayed, the respective effect data are synthesized to create synthetic data. Subsequently, the synthetic data are utilized in the frame where the plurality of effect images are simultaneously displayed. |
