<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively introduce prestress required by a lower side of a tower-like structure. <P>SOLUTION: Prestress is vertically introduced into an upper precast concrete unit 110C of a tower-like structure 100 only by a prestressing steel wire 150C. The prestress is vertically introduced into a middle precast concrete unit 110B by the prestressing steel wire 150C and a prestressing steel wire 150B.
