PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance sterilization effect and reduce time until starting a sterilization process, even when a sterilization which has to be condensed is used for the sterilization process.SOLUTION: A sterilization unit 100 performs sterilization of a sterilization object using a sterilization agent. An arithmetic processing part 201 condenses the sterilization agent at a condensation furnace 235, and stores the sterilization agent which was condensed at the condensation furnace in advance, in a condensed sterilization agent pool part 237. Then the arithmetic processing part uses the sterilization agent stored in the condensed sterilization agent pool part, and performs the sterilization process for sterilization of the sterilization object in a sterilization chamber 219 during the sterilization process. |
