Electronic memory device

The device (100) has a bank of memories (102) i.e. dynamic RAM, provided with a cache (104), and a physical interface (110) for receiving high level memory access queries. A sequencer (106) ensures physical access to the bank of memories. A query manager (108) includes an input queue file for storing the queries and an arbitrating function, which takes into account data of the cache and data of the file to nominate a query to be executed for forming the bank of memories, the sequencer and the manager on a single card. The interface ensures connection with an exterior of the card.
