The method of relief decoration of objects from rough or processed glass according to the present invention is characterized in that the objects are placed onto a decoration line movable support. UV primer in the form of a required décor is then applied by the screen printing process to the objects. Subsequently, a preliminary polymerization by the lighting with UV radiation is carried out and after execution of this step, the UV primer is hardened only partially, and is sticky. In one of the steps preceding the UV primer application, there is carried out scorch of the object surface by a gas burner or a plasma torch. In the last step, a film for hot stamping is applied and glued to the décor using the hot stamping method. In preferred embodiment, the surface tension of the object surface after scorch is in the range of 42 to 56 N/m. Ionized air can also be further used for treating the object surface immediately prior application of the UV primer. UV radiation can be emitted by a lamp filled with the addition of gallium or by a lamp filled with the addition of iron. |
