The present invention relates to a ceremony management system, and more specifically, to a ceremony management system and a ceremony management method, which manage ceremony visitors by using an online system. The ceremony management system provides ceremony related information to a mobile terminal of a visitor, which receives and transmits a beacon identifier (ID) and comprises a beacon terminal and a ceremony service server. The beacon terminal is installed in an event hall, embeds its own beacon ID, and transmits the beacon ID to a mobile terminal of a visitor who has approached within its signal arrival distance. The ceremony service server embeds ceremony content including data and publicity information about the ceremony, receives the beacon ID from a mobile terminal, and transmits the ceremony content corresponding to the received beacon ID to the mobile terminal by using wireless communications. The ceremony management system senses a mobile terminal of the visitor before a request of the visitor and provides the ceremony content, thereby actively and aggressively providing ceremony guiding data and publicity information to the visitor. |
