<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that: when applying plating work to metallic member with ≥1 mm plate thickness, if using roller power feeding which is employed in general plating line (continuous feeding system) of the preliminary plating system, a metallic roller for power feeding causes bias abutting to the metallic band resulting in problems such as friction marks, flaws or spark due to defective energization, or breakage of power feeding itself, so that there has been no case of practicing a thick plate terminal made by preliminary plating. <P>SOLUTION: An edge type leaf spring power feeding is used, thereby contact with materials becomes edge-like, leading to decrease contact area, so that plating is performed without causing defective appearance due to flaws including roller marks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
