PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in strength of a tank having a structure where fiber is wound to a liner.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes: a step of preparing a liner that is a liner having a tank container shape and includes a mouthpiece part having a groove part in at least one of longitudinal end parts of the liner (a); a step of fixing one end of fiber to the groove part (b); and a step of winding the fiber whose one end is fixed to the groove parts around the outer peripheral surface of the liner including the mouthpiece part (c). |
