<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a hybrid vehicle suppressing an increase in consumption of fuel and improving a running cost while maintaining exhaustion performance. <P>SOLUTION: The control device of a hybrid vehicle is used for a hybrid vehicle which includes: an engine 1 which has a catalyst 15 for cleaning exhaust gas on an exhaust system and is driven by a fuel supply from a fuel tank 14; a driving motor 3 which drives driving wheels 6, 6 with power supply from a battery 4; and a vehicle integrated controller 24.
