The present invention relates to a method for producing an aptamer binding to a novel cell. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing an aptamer, which comprises a step of eluting an aptamer bound to a cell by treating cells with an elution buffer after culturing the cells on a chip containing a single or a plurality of chambers. Cell systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX)-on-a-chip has been developed by applying microfluid for eluting the specific aptamer without cell disruption, and SELEX-on-a-chip is capable of efficiently carrying out SELEX in comparison with an existing SELEX. Thus, the method of the present invention can be applied to aptamers which exhibit outstanding performance and are specific to various cancer cells. |
