Provided are an apparatus and a method to control a display of a braking condition of a vehicle which controls and displays the braking conditions of all other vehicles positioned in front of a user′s vehicle using a sensor mounted on a side surface of the vehicle. According to the present invention, the apparatus to control the display of the braking conditions of the vehicle comprises: a vehicle information collecting unit collecting vehicle information on each vehicle positioned in front of the user′s vehicle using the sensor mounted on at least one side thereof; a braking condition information generation unit generating vehicle condition information on each vehicle based on the vehicle information; and a braking condition information display unit displaying braking condition information based on position information on at least one vehicle positioned in front of the user′s vehicle. |
