[Problem] To provide an emulsified food composition having stable qualities, said emulsified food composition being easily taken as such or via tube feeding, semi-solidifying in the stomach to prevent gastroesophageal reflux, being capable of encouraging a feeling of fullness and showing no or regulated occurrence of phase separation and aggregates. [Solution] A heat-sterilized emulsified food composition which comprises a protein, a fat, a saccharide, a thickener and an emulsifier and which remains fluid in a neutral region but semi-solidifies in an acidic region, wherein the mixing ratio of the fat to the protein (fat/protein, weight basis) is 7/10 or greater and, in the neutral region, the particle diameter (average diameter) of grains contained in the emulsified food composition is not greater than 6.0 µm. |
