A display substrate with reliability and safety is provided. The display substrate according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a gate line formed on an insulating substrate, an oxide semiconductor pattern which is formed on the gate line and includes an oxide semiconductor, and a data line which intersects with the gate line on the oxide semiconductor pattern. The oxide semiconductor pattern includes a first oxide and a third element. The third element has a concentration gradient in a vertical direction.
