The present invention provides a method to produce an oxide-integrated porous metal structure comprising: a step of preparing a coating solution containing an oxide precursor indicated as chemical formula 1 shown below; a step of coating the coating solution on the metal structure, forming an oxide precursor layer; and a step of thermally treating the metal structure wherein the oxide precursor layer is formed, producing the porous metal structure with fine pores. In the formula, R_1, R_2, R_3 are hydrogen or independently selected from alkyl groups of C_1-C_8 which are substituted or not. M is a metal, and n is an integer of 1 to 6. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the method to produce the oxide-integrated metal structure with the coating method using the coating solution capable of providing excellent uniformity and adhesive properties; and a pressure change of nitrogen or air supplied to the air knife within a short time. More specifically, the present invention obtains an effect of improving a plating quality of the strips by supplying nitrogen or air at a constant pressure to the air knife. In addition, the present invention obtains an effect of smoothly controlling an amount of plating of the strips by supplying a gas to the inside of the blower at a constant pressure. |
