Disclosed is a lighting control apparatus. The lighting control apparatus includes a sensor part which detects at least one of the movement of a patient and the brightness of the lamp of a hospital room; a control part which sets a lighting control signal for controlling the lighting of the bed of the patient, based on ate least one of the movement of the patient and the brightness of the lamp of the hospital room; and a driving part which applies the lighting of the bed according to the lighting control signal. A lighting environment suitable for various actions in the hospital room can be displayed.
