The present invention relates to a composition for controlling Chionanthus retusus Lindl. And Paxton rust, containing a Cinnamomum camphor tree extract as an active ingredient. The Cinnamomum camphor tree extract as the active ingredient of the present invention is derived from natural substances, thereby being harmless to human body. Further, the Cinnamomum camphor tree extract does not cause environmental pollution and is capable of effectively controlling rust in Chionanthus retusus Lindl. & Paxton. Therefore, the Cinnamomum camphor tree extract can be used as a natural and eco-friendly pesticide and is very useful in industries associated with biopesticides.
