<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretcher with excellent operability while permitting little deformation and damage. <P>SOLUTION: The stretcher 1 is constituted by laying a sheet 2 across a pair of supports 3 and 3. Each support 3 includes support members 4a and 4b, a coupler 23 for bendably coupling the support members, and a fixing means 5 for fixing the support members 4a and 4b in one straight line. The coupler 23 is configured to couple the support members 4a and 4b rotatably around a fulcrum separate from shaft centers of the support members 4a and 4b between a use position where end surfaces of the support members 4a and 4b are closely in contact with or approximated to each other and a folded position where the end surfaces of the support members 4a and 4b are separate from each other. The fixing means 5 is provided between the support members 4a and 4b. The fixing means 5 is locked when the support members 4a and 4b are rotated to the use position, and the lock is released by the operation to be applied to a part of the fixing means 5. The stretcher is configured to support loads with the end surfaces abutting to each other when a moment in the direction of valley fold acts on the support members 4a and 4b located at the use position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
