PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management device, an electronic apparatus, and an electronic apparatus registration method, which can temporarily register an electronic apparatus of which power is managed by one device to another device.SOLUTION: A power management device comprises: a management apparatus registration unit which authenticates an electronic apparatus connected to a power network, and registers the authenticated apparatus as a management apparatus; and a control unit which controls power supply to the management apparatus. When an electronic apparatus registered by another power management device is connected to the power network, the management apparatus registration unit acquires from the electronic apparatus a digital signature imparted to identification information unique to the electronic apparatus by another power management device and identification information unique to the another power management device. When verification of the digital signature imparted by the another power management device is successful, the management apparatus registration unit registers the electronic apparatus that is already registered by the another power management device. |
