To provide a handlebar switch for a motorcycle that can achieve reduction in size of a switch case, while enhancing a degree of freedom in layout of a plurality operating and other types of switches. [Solving Means] A handlebar switch 30 includes: a switch case 37 that includes case half bodies 38, 40 joined together across a handlebar 10 and a plurality of operating switches, such as a horn switch 33, protruding from the switch case 37; and a substrate 52 disposed inside the switch case 37 in a position substantially orthogonal to a direction of an axis O of the handlebar 10, the substrate 52 having a plurality of contacts 52a for generating electric signals in a manner operatively associated with an operation of the operating switch. In the handlebar switch 30, each of the contacts 52a is electrically connected by pressure applied in a direction substantially identical to the direction of the axis O of the handlebar 10. The operating switch includes switch side direction change mechanisms 60 and contact side direction change mechanisms 70 that change a direction of pressure applied to each operating switch to a corresponding direction along the axis O.
