According to an embodiment of the present invention, an organic light emitting device includes: multiple organic light emitting layers laminated between a first electrode and a second electrode; and a charge generation layer arranged between the organic light emitting layers. The charge generation layer includes a dopant, and an area doped with the dopant and an area without dopant doped in at least one part. A first charge generation layer includes a first dopant while a second charge generation layer includes a second dopant. The first dopant doping area which is on the first charge generation layer and doped with the first dopant is spaced apart from the second dopant doping area which is on the second charge generation layer and doped with the second dopant. |
