Provided is an organic light emitting diode display device. The organic light emitting diode display device comprises: a substrate; a thin film transistor on an upper portion of the substrate; a first electrode connected with a drain electrode of the thin film transistor; an auxiliary electrode positioned on the same layer as the first electrode; a bank layer covering edges of the first electrode and the auxiliary electrode, and including a penetration hole corresponding to the first electrode and an auxiliary contact hole corresponding to the auxiliary electrode; a light emitting layer positioned on the upper portion of the first electrode in the penetration hole; a residual layer positioned on the upper portion of the auxiliary electrode in the auxiliary contact hole and having a thickness that gradually becomes thinner from the center part toward the edge part; and a second electrode on an upper portion of the residual layer and the light emitting layer.
