PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactivity measurement device and a radioactivity measurement method which can measure a radioactive quantity quickly without being affected by a circumferential environment in a place where a sealed bag body storing radioactive waste is kept.SOLUTION: A radioactivity measurement device 20 for measuring radioactive concentration of radioactive waste stored in a cylindrical sealed bag body t whose upper and lower ends are closed, comprises: a box-shaped support frame 21 whose side surface has a rectangular shape; a plurality of attachment parts 23 provided with an interval in the longitudinal direction in the support frame; radioactive detectors 5 which are provided in the respective attachment parts 23 with detection parts 5a facing one side surface 21a side; a cylindrical collimator 6 which is provided so as to cover the detection parts 5a of the radioactive detectors 5 and consists of a radiation shielding member; and calculation means 7 which calculates the radioactive concentration in the radioactive waste from detection signals detected by the radioactive detectors 5. |
