<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunable laser light source device of simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The tunable laser light source device includes a laser light source having an antireflection film formed on the first end face, an optical deflection element receiving laser emitted from the first end face of the laser light source and outputting the laser while deflecting in accordance with an application voltage, a resonance filter receiving laser output from the optical deflection element and causing resonance reflection of the laser having a specific wavelength according to the incident angle thereof, and a reflection mirror for reflecting the laser having a specific wavelength subjected to resonance reflection by the resonance filter thereto.
