The present invention relates to a composite resin flooring material including a base layer formed into a shape, for example, into a plate shape, using a mixture of a base synthetic resin, chaff, a bonding agent, a stabilizing agent, and a filler; and relates to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the flooring material obtains high durability and uses no adhesives. Accordingly, the flooring material is environmentally friendly using the material which is not harmful to the human body. The mixture comprises: 30-50 wt% of chaff, 2-5 wt% of the bonding agent, 5-10 wt% of the stabilizing agent, and 10-15 wt% of the filler with respect to 100 wt% of the base synthetic resin. |
