The present invention relates to an apparatus for selecting cells in blood, capable of selecting tumor cells in blood in a safe and effective manner, and to a method for selecting cells in blood by using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for selecting cells in blood comprises a frame unit, a filter unit, and a hydrophobic film. An inflow hole for introducing a cell mixed solution is penetrated and formed in the frame unit. The filter unit is arranged to go through the inflow hole, and enables target cells in the cell mixed solution introduced to the inflow hole to be separated and remained. In addition, the hydrophobic film is coated on the filter unit. |
