The present invention relates to a safety bollard having excellent assembly and replacement construction, which enables simple and easy coupling and decoupling works by improving the structure of a column part and a foundation part. The safety bollard comprises: a column part (100) which is exposed to the ground to control the access of pedestrians and vehicles; and a foundation part (200) which is arranged to be recessed in the ground and to which supporting force is applied to maintain the vertical state of the column part. The foundation part (200) comprises: a standing member (80) which is buried in the ground by concrete placement; and a fixing member (70) which is screwed to the standing member. The column part (100) comprises: a support plate (60) which is mounted and arranged on the ground; an elastic member (50) which is located on the support plate; a pressing member (40) which presses the elastic member downward; a moving member (20) which is coupled to the coupling shaft (71) of the fixing member; and a nut (30) which is screwed to the top end of the moving member. |
