The present invention relates to an automatic focus device for a camera, and more specifically, to an automatic focus device for a camera which can automatically adjust the focus of a camera lens. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the automatic focus device for a camera comprises: a lens barrel; an upper case disposed on an upper portion of the lens barrel; an elastic unit wherein one end thereof is supported on the upper case, and the other end thereof is supported on an elastic support unit protruding along a circumference of the lens barrel; a middle case which is mounted on the upper case, and supports the lens barrel; an automatic focus adjustment unit which is mounted on the middle case, and adjusts a height of the lens barrel; a lower case mounted on a lower portion of the middle case; and a shield cover which encloses the upper case, the middle case, and the lower case, and is mounted on the lower case. The automatic focus adjustment unit lifts or lowers the lens barrel according to contraction or relaxation of a shape-memory alloy wire. |
