The present invention relates to a winch for pulling up a floodgate with a clutch and double brake devices. The winch for pulling up a floodgate with a clutch and double brake devices lifts and lowers a floodgate on a bank, and comprises: a motor which is a main power source operated by supplying power; a main shaft driven by the motor; an operational unit to lift and lower the floodgate by rotation of the main shaft; a brake device unit to engage in braking rotation of the main shaft; and a housing in which the brake device unit is embedded. More specifically, the brake device unit comprises: a hand brake to brake the main shaft by rotating a handle; and a foot brake to brake the main shaft by stepping on a pedal with a foot of a user. Accordingly, the present invention comprises the double brake devices to allow a worker to safely open and close the floodgate and prevent damage to the floodgate caused by a brake failure to reduce maintenance and repair costs. |
