The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a locked-type scupper valve body. The locked-type scupper valve body manufacturing method includes the steps of: welding multiple stoppers, which are made of SUS316L stainless steel to couple a rose plate, onto the upper part of the inner surfaces of a pipe, which is also made of the SUS316L stainless steel, to form a body; forming a plate made of the SUS316L stainless steel in a size corresponding to the lower surface of the body; welding the pipe made of the SUS316L stainless steel onto the center of the plate to arrange the upper part of the pipe in the body while the lower part of the pipe is arranged on the outside of the body to form a discharging pipe; forming a connector on an end of the discharging pipe protruding to the outside of the body by welding the connector, which is also made of the SUS316L stainless steel, onto the end; and welding the plate which has the discharging pipe formed thereon to the lower surface of the body. Accordingly, the present invention enables an easy installation operation by using the method to manufacture a lightweight scupper valve body while ensuring economic efficiency and extended service life. |
