Disclosed are an apparatus for laying a cable in a pipe. The apparatus for laying a cable in a pipe according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cable carrier assembly which is inserted into the pipe and is formed by cable carriers separably combined with a connection part, a pair of support frames which are rotatably supported at both ends of the cable carrier assembly, and a rotation device which is installed to at least one of the pair of the support frames and rotates the cable carrier assembly. So, the cable can be easily laid in the pipe.
