The bag has tubular components formed with diametrically opposing fins which extend in the welded longitudinal portions of the tubular components. Two laminar sections are laid over the tubular components and fins without forming wrinkles or defects in the welded portions. The laminar sections are joined facing each other to form a rectangular structure. The bag is filled with therapeutic solution through the welded tubular components. The therapeutic solution is extracted from the bag also through the tubular components.
