摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sterilizing lamp structure, the method including the following steps: preparing a body which is a base; applying a fluorescent material to the inside of a glass bulb to have an output wavelength of 300-400 nm; covering the outside of the glass bulb with a certain mixture including 6-10 wt% of propylene glycol monomethyl ether (CAS number: 107-98-2), 2-3 wt% of methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS) (CAS number: 1185-55-3), 80-90 wt% of isopropyl alcohol, 2-5 wt% of titanium dioxide (TiO_2) and drying the resultant for 30-40 minutes to prepare a fluorescence lamp; and installing the lamp on the top of the body such that detach is possible. According to the manufacture method as above of the present invention, by coating the outside of the fluorescent lamp with the certain mixture, a wavelength of a certain range is generated, and thus, harmful factors such as bacteria floating air are crashed into the surface of the lamp and removed. Therefore, antibacterial effect is achieved, and thereby marketability is increased. Also, financial burdens of purchasing a separate product having antibacterial, deodorization, and purifying activity can be resolved in some degree.
