Disclosed is an apparatus for acquiring a brainwave. An objective of the present invention is to provide a fully digital apparatus for acquiring a brainwave which acquires and transmits a brainwave signal. According to an aspect of the present invention, the apparatus for acquiring a brainwave comprises: a plurality of brainwave acquisition devices which are differentiated by unique identifiers, are disposed on a plurality of electrode nodes, and generate and transmit brainwave data of a prescribed communication method including brainwave information as a result of digital conversion and the unique identifiers after filtering brainwave signals from the electrode nodes using a bandpass filter; and a node controller to transfer the brainwave data to a signal processor for electroencephalogram (EEG) signal processing when the brainwave data are received.
