The present invention relates to an optical polyester film and, more specifically, to an optical polyester film making a base material have uniform adhesion to an ultraviolet-curable resin, and have excellent transparency, transmissivity, and easy adhesion properties by using a primer layer including nanoparticles having a specific functional group by reforming the surface, thereby obtaining productivity of products, and reducing defect rate.
