According to an embodiment of the present invention, a storage device comprises: a flash memory chip including a plurality of non-volatile memories; and a controller connected to the flash memory chip by a plurality of channels. The controller conducts a re-scheduling process by allocating commands inputted by hosts to perform a reading command prior to a writing command, when the controller receives the reading and writing command input for the same physical location from the hosts. Accordingly, data processing speed and efficiency are improved.
