a main body formed of a polymeric material, the main body having a generally C-shaped profile, the main body further having a length, a thickness and a longitudinal axis; wherein the main body includes a plurality of apertures extending generally parallel to the longitudinal axis of the main body, wherein at least some of the plurality of apertures extend less than the length of the main body.
