Power supplies to the main control part, the sub control part, the first network control part and the second network control part are independently controlled.

a main controller configured to receive and process image data; a first network controller configured to convert data input from an external device into the image data and provide the main controller with the image data; a sub controller configured to detect a power-on command; and a second network controller configured to control communication with the external device via a network to provide the first network controller with the data input from the external device, wherein power supplies to the main controller, the sub controller, the first network controller, and the second network controller are independently controlled, and wherein the main controller includes:
an information manager configured to manage activity log and configuration information of the communication device; anda recorder configured to cause the second network controller to record at least part of the activity log and the configuration information.
