A device for obtaining a high resolution image comprises the following processes of: photographing a moving object to obtain a plurality of frame images; estimating relative motion of a current image to a previous image by a coordinate value of a decimal point pixel unit by using the plurality of frame images; selecting an image, to which a super resolution technology is to be applied, based on a coordinate value of each estimated image; and generating one high resolution image from the selected image by using the super resolution technology.
