NOVEL MARKER OF NERVE CELL AND USES THEREOF

The present invention relates to: a differentiation method of neural cells comprising a step of overexpressing dual-specificity phosphatase 4 (DUSP4) which is a novel neuronal marker in stem cells; a composition for promoting neural cell differentiation including the DUSP4 gene; and a pharmaceutical composition for treating cranial nerve diseases including stem cells in which the DUSP4 gene is overexpressed. The differentiation into neuronal cells can be promoted, when overexpressing the DUSP4 provided from the present invention in the stem cells. Therefore, the present invention can be widely used in the effective treatment of various cerebral nerve diseases such as Alzheimer′s disease by using the stem cells in which the DUSP4 gene is overexpressed.
