The present invention relates to synchronize data between a server and a mobile storage device installed in a user terminal; and relates to a system and a method for synchronizing data between a mobile storage device having a data synchronizing program stored therein, and a server capable of being accessed only by a registered user. The mobile storage device is a device for synchronizing between data of the mobile storage and data of the server by using a synchronizing program stored in the mobile storage device by being connected to the server while being installed in the user terminal. The mobile storage device comprises: a server information setting unit for setting a server address (IP address); a personal information input unit for receiving personal information, and transmitting the personal information to the server; and a data storage unit for storing synchronized data between mobile storage device and the server. |
