The present invention relates to a security processing device of a communications network based integrated management system for mail and a method thereof capable of preventing leakages of bulk mail sent by banks or public offices. Particularly, the present invention relates to a security processing device of an integrated management system for mail for producing and managing archiving files based on: output option information regarding mail produced based on mail information, images and client information which are inputted by a client terminal; access information to access the image included in the mail; and information of the mail. According to an embodiment, the present invention comprises: an access control unit for determining a user access to the archiving mail based on a database where access authorizing information of people who are allowed to access the archiving files is stored; and an encoding unit for encoding the archiving file by using predetermined intrinsic information and sending the same to a user terminal after receiving a request from the user who can access the file. The encoded archiving file is decoded in the user terminal and displayed, outputted or sent. |
