Disclosed is a chemical liquid injection apparatus. According to the present invention, the chemical liquid injection apparatus comprises: a first body including a nozzle hole in a front end, including a plurality of protruding parts protruding in both sides of the nozzle hole and formed to face a pore, and including an opening in the other side and including a path communicating the opening inside; a first inlet combined with one side of the first body to supply air to an internal path; a second body combined with an opening of the first body, including a tip in the tubular form to be combined with the nozzle hole in one side, and including a combining part in the other side and including a path communicating the combining part inside; a second inlet combined with one side of the second body to supply a chemical liquid to the internal path; a third body combined with the combining part of the second body, including a fastening bolt passing through the second body and the first body and combined therewith in one side, and including a path inside; and a needle member passing through the first body, the second body, and the third body and combined therewith, including a needle passing through the tip of the second body and inserted into the nozzle hole of the first body in the front end, and combined to be elastically supported in the rear end of the third body as a spring is combined with the rear end. According to the present invention, foreign substances remaining on a nozzle hole injecting chemicals and air, can be easily discharged, and a chemical liquid remaining inside is removed by using air. Therefore, a clean condition can be maintained. |
