AN EASY HEIGHT CONTROLLABLE PHOTOVOLTAIC PANEL SUPPORTING PILE AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHODS

The present invention relates to a foundation pile for supporting a photovoltaic panel with easy height adjustment and a constructing method using the same for saving costs and construction periods. The foundation pile of the present invention includes: a metal inner pipe in which a mortar inlet is formed at an upper part, a mortar outlet is formed at a lower part, and a plurality of mortar discharge holes are formed through an inner part and an outer part of a body of the metal inner pipe; a metal outer pipe in which an upper end part is placed at the same height, the outer pipe is placed at the outside of the inner pipe and is shorter than the inner pipe, and a screw thread is formed at an upper and external part; a plurality of connecting pieces for connecting an inner sides of both end parts of the outer pipe and an outer side of the inner pipe; and a base plate having a joint member screw-jointed at the upper part of the outer pipe, and a plurality of bolt-joint holes formed at an upper part of the joint member. According to the present invention, the pile is inserted into a pit formed at the ground and the mortar is introduced to the upper part of the inner pipe and solidified, then the height of the photovoltaic panel supporter is adjustable by rotating the base plate screw-jointed to the outer pipe. The the constructing method using the foundation pile according to the present invention includes the steps of: determining the location of the post; installing the pit; mounting the foundation pile; implementing the mortar; solidifying; adjusting and fixing the height; and coupling the post.
