The present invention relates to a turbo charger for a vehicle capable of reducing man hours by connecting a turbine housing, a center housing, and a compressor housing using a gearwheel-shaped slot, reducing manufacturing costs by not requiring a flange area for fastening a bolt, removing axial movement due to using elastic force after a shock absorbing sealing material is installed, at a portion in which the turbine housing, the center housing, and the compressor housing are connected, and assembled, and allowing the sealing material to function as a sealing material. The turbo charger comprises: a turbine housing including an exhaust gas inlet, an exhaust gas outlet, a bypass passage, and a gearwheel-shaped slot formed on an inner circumferential surface of a left end; a compressor housing including an external air inlet, a compressed air outlet, a bypass passage, and a gearwheel-shaped slot formed on an inner circumferential surface on a right end; a center housing including a shaft with a turbine fan installed in the turbine housing and a compressor fan installed in the compressor housing, wherein the turbine fan and the compressor fan are installed on the opposite sides of the shaft, and gearwheel-shaped slots for connecting the turbine housing with the compressor housing formed on outer circumferential surfaces of the opposite ends; an actuator connected with a bypass passage of the compressor; and a waste gate valve installed in the bypass passage of the turbine and operated by the actuator. |
